el menú



The cheese is said, is a Venezuelan version of flan, differ little from each other, unless the cheese uses whole eggs and egg custard the yellow. The name "cheese" Venezuelan entirely known. It is a delight that you can always sweeten your life.
ingredients
  • 1 ¾ cups water
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 1-touch of rum
  • 10 tablespoons batter of milk powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • For the Caramel:
  • 1 ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup water

preparation
Prepare a caramel with sugar and water in a pan with a lid to cheese. The other ingredients are placed in the blender, except the eggs, beat, and start adding the eggs one by one. Place the caramel in the mold preparation to "double boiler" in an oven at 350 degrees until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool and turns into a beautiful dish. It is kept in the refrigerator.
